It was a very noisy night in Madrid so we didn't get much sleep but then the location is great so noise is a downside

The girl at the reception upon check in was very polite and friendly. The location was great as it was walking distance far from the main areas of Madrid.
The jacuzzi was leaking underneath and we had to use all the towels to dry the floor. Though when we went to ask for more towels at the reception, we were asked to pay €15 for extra set of towels. However, there’s a sticker on the mirror in the bathroom saying to leave the towels in the bathtub if we wish to have new towels, but this couldn’t be possible. Also, no one came to clean the apartment, which we would never ask for short stays. All we wanted was just fresh towels. Also, even though the apartment was clean, we found hair in the bathtub and in the sink in the bathroom

Good location, affordable and comfortable
Location. Rooms are big. They are not just to sleep also have leaving room, kitchen, tub. Personnel very polite. The guy in the reception is very polite, makes the difference.
Didn’t have security box, hot water was unstable, they give only one key which complicates logistics due to having to share. Common area in the building is not good looking and some times are in a different building.
